Paste Magazine Sings the Praises of Ha Ha Tonka

Paste Magazine's Geoffrey Himes caught Ha Ha Tonka's set at our SXSW party at Yard Dog Art and notes in this wrap-up piece that the band has evolved into "something with the pop power of the early Tom Petty & the Heartbreakers."

"The songs from their new album Heart-Shaped Mountain were more sharply focused, both lyrically and musically, and they delivered those songs not as if they were hosting a party but as if they were trying to change someone’s life."

We couldn't agree more. It was a show to remember, one of the Missouri boys' all-time best.

The Tonk's new album Heart-Shaped Mountain is out now!
