Bloodshot's Blazin' Into Austin for SXSW 2018!

February 26th, 2018 by bsradmin

Quick draw! Bloodshot Records is puttin' on its spurs for its 23rd SXSW excursion to Austin March 14th to 18th! We're lassoing four of Bloodshot's auditory gunslingers to perform at our annual showcase and day party, as well as a knapsack of other events around ATX. This is the only time in which many of our bands, fans, followers, friends, cohorts, colleagues, appendages, and hanger-ons are present in one place, to celebrate, at some capacity, the fact that Bloodshot still has a place in this weird, wild, weary business.

We're throwing these perseverent and tenacious Bloodshot artists into our stagecoach and trottin' into Austin...potentially against their respective wills!

Sarah Shook & the Disarmers
Ruby Boots
Jon Langford's Four Lost Souls

...and the undefeated, undisputed champions of SXSW: the Waco Brothers!

The main events include an Official Showcase on the night of Wednesday, March 14th at Continental Club, and the perpetually raucous – and, as far as we know, longest-standing SXSW day party– Yard Dog Party on Friday, March 16th at the Yard Dog Gallery.
